5-minute unbaked cheese cake

Ingredients:
The bottom (biscuit base) :
Digestive biscuit
Milk

The top (filling) :
Whipping cream - 200ml*
Condensed milk (Evaporated creamer) - 200ml*
Lemon juice - half a fresh lemon*

*could be adjusted for your liking.

Steps:
a) For the bottom (biscuit base) :

1. Pour milk in a plate. soak digestive biscuits in milk. Not until too soft.
2. Arrange the biscuits piece by piece in a springform pan until they cover the whole bottom. Not to smash them.

b) For the top (filling) :

1. Mix together whipping cream and condensed milk until they are completely amalgamated.
2. Add lemon juice into the cream mixture. Lightly whip until thicken.

3. Pour filling in the ready springform pan (a).
4. Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours.

dada~ the final outcome. unfreeze it for a few minutes and it is ready to be served~

you got me right. No cream cheese is needed ! and guess what? it tastes as delicious as the 'real' frozen cheese cake. No need to bake! no need eggs or gelatine to curdle the cream mixture. yup, yup, lemon juice is playing the important role in this part. It is some kind of chemical reaction between protein of the cream with the acidic substance like lemon juice here. And most importantly, it takes like about 5 minutes to get everything done. Easy to the max. Hope you enjoy it :)

Tokyo street | Pavilion

Perhaps Tokyo street is now one the hottest attractions in Pavilion.
It is located at the original place of an artistic furniture shop and art gallery at level 6.

It was a Saturday, we went to pavilion after my tiring tests. Thanks dear for waiting me for more than 3 hours alone. and he actually bought me a lovely lunch while he was waiting. He is such a caring bf (>///<)b ..who is always beside me when I am down~

again my bulky cam was not with me. 3GS was playing the important role to take all these pic.
and i used 美图秀秀, the awesome app to edit the pic.
Japanese style effect was applied to create the beautiful mood of the Japanese street. :)

Tokyo street :)

Oreo chocolate + pop eggs from Ochado.
I don't really like ice blended. It had too much of ice which was not well blended.
But pop eggs are something interesting. They simply look like the normal pearls in bubble tea but they are not chewy. They pop and burst with sweet coffee liquid when bites just like eating roes.

The Loaf opened a shop here selling Oyaki, a kind of Japanese bun. RM2.90 each.

The bun is so soft and it is fully filled with green tea cream.

crispy skin + delicious curry fillings. Dear said it tastes like curry puff. =3=

I was quite surprise to find this well-known Ramen chain in Tokyo street,

Santouka Hakkaido Ramen.

Spicy Miso Ramen. (non halal)

it looks simple but tastes awesome~

probably the best ramen I have ever had. the soup is yummy to the last spoonful.

simple yet so delicious. but their ramen is still the best.

I love the concept of Tokyo street :)

The Street Cafe | Sunway Pyramid

We stopped at The Street Cafe while we were loitering around Asian Avenue at Sunway Pyramid. Yay, another Korean food post :) I'm really lazy to bring my bulky camera out recently, so pls be expected to see more pic taken by using my 3GS.

This little Korean corner is selling Korean street food which is located right opposite to Gasoline.

Some unique Korean drinks. A bottle of plum juice n a can of pear juice :) RM4.90 each.

The plum juice is slightly too sour whereas the pear juice tastes like aloe vera juice.

Kimchi, I never like it.

It looks like sweet and sour but it tastes totally different. I couldn't describe the taste.. However, it is nothing special.

Crispy chicken and Korean rice cakes in spicy sauce. The fried chicken is super duper crispy which has given a high contrast of texture to the chewy rice cakes. :) the sauce is kinda spicy.

A Date with ah Dear

It was a random date with ah dear at the end of May. Mid Valley and The Garden were not my favorite shopping malls during my university life. But, we go there quite often recently after graduation. We were just loitering around the two malls and we saw a newly opened (as we had never seen it before) bubble tea shop, named Gong Cha at The Garden mall. I think bubble tea is the latest trend in Malaysia huh..

Gong Cha, whose bubble tea is nicer than chatime. Chatime is overrated.

I simply love rich and creamy milk tea. However, nothing beats the one I had in Taipei (will be posted up soon) .

after stirring the milk tea, it is milky and very creamy :)
the richness of the fresh milk foam blended well with the tea is simply awesome~

aah hmm, how about our lunch? korean food~ yay, it was my first attempt to Korean food!

Ko Hyang, a Korean restaurant located opposite to Ding Tai Fung. They serve delicious korean food with reasonable price.

如何制作粘土Bear

参观完后，雨也停了。我们就搭捷运到西门町去。

西门町好热闹~ 我们竟然在这里看到了我们一直想去的吃到饱烧烤店 - 田季發爺燒肉 （食尚玩家和康熙來了都有介紹哦~ ）其实之前在淡水有见到分店，可是店子太有人气，爆满到要等到晚上十点才勉强有位 =3=''。所以这次我们也没抱很大希望地上去看看，想订个位。哪里知道我们当时好运到竟然有位子呢~ 其实当时才大概四五点钟，已经有很多人了。是晚餐还是午餐啊。有两种吃到饱套餐选择， 399NTD 或 499NTD + 10% 服务费。 399菜单有44种食材， 499菜单有56种食材（好像有加火锅）。限时二小时。我们要了399的~

本来照片可以拍得美一点的。就是因为相机sot sot了，当时又不知道他哪里sot，就一直不能Focus嘛，结果错过拍很多更吸引的美食照啦！！勉强来几张~

炭炉烧烤

首先会有一位店员给我们烤肉教学~ 哈哈~

首先要把那只红色盖的东西淋在肉片上，好像是酱油（烤肉汁）来的。然后把肉夹去烤。
烤的时候要不断用夹子敲打铁网好让烤肉不粘网。

待烤肉片出水就可以加喜欢的调味料再翻面烤，选择有wasabi，cheese，椒盐，胡椒，盐，七味（辣椒粉）。我觉得椒盐口味的最好吃。我们胡乱點了一通~ 接下来你会看到很多肉！

上面的多数都是牛肉还有一些猪肉，其实我们也有点鸡肉和海鲜（相机sot了没拍到），我们没点的还有羊肉。肉片还有分不同部位（肉片拿来我也不会分啦）。

他们家的牛肉片最好吃！~

烤肚子很多蛋的鱼，柳叶魚~ 他们都会在烤鱼上喷上柠檬汁。

本来烤柳叶魚有一个很厉害的表演的，鱼不用夹起来翻面烤，而是将整个铁网翻过来烤，鱼粘在铁网上倒转烤都不会掉的。但没人理我们结果烤焦了。哈哈，还算是好吃啦~

接下来登场的是火焰秋刀魚，一整条魚拿去烤，店员熟练的去皮削骨，剩下无鱼骨的鱼肉块~

饮品，雪糕也任拿。我们吃到很饱很饱~ 超过两小时了我们还剩很多，结果店员很快很熟练地帮我们烤完（我们都吃不下了，乱点的结果）。最后登场的是我最期待的烤年糕！！再饱我都要把它吃掉。

399的菜单限定一人最多二片罢了：（， 499的就任点~

他们家的牛肉片加上调味料烤真的很juicy好吃~ 但口味很重，所以一直要喝水，很快就饱。加上我们不是订位的，所以多数都忙着自己烤，服务不够好，不然会有店员帮你烤哦，他们比较专业啦~ 点菜只能点三次但不要乱点。两个小时的时间不够啦，因为他们客人太多，到时间了会赶人。吃饱后，逛逛西门町就回民宿去啦。西门町下次再介绍吧~

逛逛后，我们就从6号出口出去找台湾故事館（在 level B2， K-Mall）。
找了很久才知道台湾故事館已经关闭了！

我们买了一份牛肉卷饼，除了牛肉，还有卖别的肉类~

卷饼有点像roti canai，淡甜，微脆的。加上超多的蔬菜，鲜甜酥脆，

尤其是葱的甜香味（可以说厉害到都把牛肉味给盖去了）~ 口感好好~ Lily，我饿了！

然后我们胃很大的去吃牛肉面~

Taipei Day 4 | Part 2

从野柳到九份挺麻烦的。在野柳下巴士点对面等基隆巴士，坐基隆巴士到基隆车站，下车上行人桥，左边下（没记错的话），在一间诊所前面等九份巴士。从野柳到九份，加上等巴士的时间大约两三个小时吧。

没错没错！来到九份最令人振奋的就是芋圆啦！满街都有卖~ 不过最出名的芋圆老店就是阿柑姨芋圆和赖阿婆芋圆啦。逛逛下老街就先遇到赖阿婆芋圆。

好天气~

回去之前~ 再去吃碗阿柑姨~ 谢谢Lily陪我吃~ 我对芋圆很疯狂。

他们生意超级超级超级好！看似料多，下面都是冰啦。同样40元。

街上的是赖阿婆，楼上的是阿柑姨。

偷偷的告诉你，其实我们都觉得赖阿婆的芋圆较Q弹。可能是因为他们用冰覆盖在芋圆上面让他冷缩。而且还有不同口味的呢~ 对阿柑姨的芋圆挺失望的。冰放在芋圆下面让人觉得很多料。芋圆较大粒但不够冷缩不够Q也没什么香味。只是绿豆汤很甜较好喝咯。呵呵

在九份7-11对面搭巴士直回台北（有很多回台北的巴士，不确定的话可在上车前问问司机），在忠孝復兴站下车，再搭捷运回师大。路程很远，我们都很累。回到师大在7-11买了杯面饮品回去当晚餐。其实我们就住在师大夜市。每天都可以逛~

第四天，好天气~ 所以要出远门啦~

早餐，民宿附近的早餐店，很好吃的三文治，面包温温软软的。

DAY 4：野柳 – 九分

票价：全票50NTD、半票25NTD

我们住师大较麻烦搭巴士。我们从市政府捷运站搭国光客运「台北-金山」线在野柳下车（可以请司机提醒下车），再延著渔港码头走一段路进去。其实如果住忠孝复兴站，等巴士就在之前机场巴士下车点的萊爾富便利商店前。很方便。从台北到野柳很远，车程约2小时。

野柳是个海边地区。石头长期受到海风和海水侵蚀而形成奇怪的形状

Taipei Day 3 | Part 3

续上文。
逛完淡水老街后下大雨吹小台风。本来打算直接回民宿的。还好多等一会儿雨就停了。
但天色阴阴的。

图中右边的建筑物就是淡水捷运站。我们在对面的巴士站等紅26公车。其实在捷运站也能搭。

情人桥,淡水漁人码头

前往漁人码头可以在淡水老街搭紅26公车（发车间距, 平日15-20分钟，假日3-5分钟）、

或者直接在淡水渡船頭或八里左岸码头搭船往來（比较贵）。

我们在终点漁人码头站下车。天色很暗。我一直狂拍情人桥。

接下来，你会看到东南西北不同角度的情人桥。

小建议：坐巴士可在情人桥站（好像叫漁人市场站）下车，

然后才慢慢参观再过桥到巴士终站等巴士，酱上车就有位子坐啦~

我们要走的时候又下雨了。直接搭巴士到淡水捷运站，就搭捷运回师大了。

回到师大的晚餐， Evans Burger

很多人，要排队拿号码。

原来是这个40% promotion。周末早上超级多人排长龙。

环境很好。

我们的大汉堡。

好吃~ juicy 的汉堡肉。

另一个是有大onion rings的。

甜品~ 不错~

因为有限每人最低消费。所以我们三人share 点了两粒汉堡，一个甜品。
价位像chili's。普通一餐好像是200NTD - 300NTD 吧（忘了噜）。

Taipei Day 3 | Part 2

续上文，从新北投搭捷运回到北投站，再转搭红色（淡水）捷运到终点淡水站。

出站后，靠左边到河边那条街，淡水老街就是河边街旁边右边那条。这两条街都很热闹很多店。可以随便选一条来逛再转到另一条去逛一个圈回到捷运站。

除了淡水老街，其他街也很多东西卖。

淡水老街吃什么？当然是淡水阿给，许义鱼酥，阿香虾卷，阿婆铁蛋，阿妈的酸梅汤。

很多店都有卖这个混合口味的超高雪糕

又是这个红豆饼。这里没卖混合口味的。很期待的叫了个奶油的。

味道不像奶油。蛋味很重。我个人不喜欢。

1000cc 红茶，大杯又便宜，很好喝~ 清凉解渴~

我个人不怎么喜欢。

油炸豆腐皮里有冬粉配上甜辣醬。味道还好。

很扎实的鱼圆，像是肉圆不会很弹。

坐在二楼的我们一直偷看那家卖土耳其冰淇淋的uncle表演。看，他吸引很多人围观呢。

这对面就是码头（很多人排队），如果没错应该是可以在这里坐船到漁人碼頭。

阿香虾卷，可抹上自己喜欢的酱料。

很脆，不过皮很厚。

Taipei Day 3 | Part 1

DAY 3:

永和豆浆大王（师大） – 新北投 – 淡水老街– 渔人码头

一早好天气，我们到民宿附近的永和豆浆大王去吃道地的早餐。

很大分，油条很脆。大份又好吃~

烧饼加蛋。个人比较喜欢油条的。

这个是咸豆浆
酸酸咸咸的。里面泡着油条。不习惯的味道，有点喝不下。

太大份，两个人share都吃不完。吃饱后就从台电大楼站搭红色（淡水）捷运到北投。再转捷运到新北投站。新北投的捷运特别漂亮豪华。车上还有介绍新北投的电视。

北投 – 地熱谷 – 千禧湯
搭乘捷運淡水線至北投站，接著轉車至新北投站，出站往右前方走即是北投公園

往北投公園一直走。
新北投是个温泉地区。很热很热，街上的沟渠还会冒烟的~

北投公園上去就是地熱谷啦~ 我觉得地熱谷可用奇观异景来形容。

沿北投公園邊的中山路經過北投温泉博物馆，再向前步行約10分鐘即可到達地熱谷

一个碧蓝清澈的温泉湖, 温度約在90℃至100℃，冒着浓浓的烟~ 淡淡的硫磺味~

好漂亮的碧蓝色！

下一站是要到千禧湯去泡便宜的露天温泉。不过问路时当地人都说没听过。

温泉博物馆也是位于北投公園

免费入场，但要换鞋像在间温泉馆一样。鞋子locker的号码。

出温泉博物馆前，我们又问了千禧湯的所在地。很热情的安娣也说没听过，还问了她的同事。结果安娣介绍我们一间就在博物馆旁边便宜的露天温泉。谢谢安娣hor。

我们出了博物馆走回上去地熱谷的方向。买了支古早味冰淇淋解解渴。

花生加酸酶。很怪的combination。不过花生的很香，好吃~

再向上走。。

台湾实在是太多好料吃了。尤其是背包旅，只要做好功课，就能去到哪里就吃到哪里的好料噜~

我们第二天起就搬到师大去住，民宿就在师大夜市。行李都由Ken他们帮我们搬过去~ 泰勒瓦小屋真的很好，房间又美丽。要去台北的朋友可以到他们的网站看看。 Ken说只要说是我介绍的就有打折~ 哈哈：）

铁板猪排和牛排各一份。好好好好吃！面也很好吃。好像是150NTD （忘了）。牛排煮得刚刚好又入味，酱汁很美味。真的有说不出的惊喜。让人回味无穷。

像是煎过的小笼包，皮薄薄的，内陷很多鮮甜肉汁。蛮好吃的。

我们挺疯的，说走就走。台北逍遥游。本来就只有我们两位女生去，买了贵机票。后来临时加个男生，他愿意买更贵的。第一次跟朋友一起背包旅行。我有把功课做好哦~ 九天行程住宿，我都安排好好（可以发梦开旅行社了，自己觉得骄傲下~ 哈哈），所以去到那里都好方便，省钱省时游完安排好的景点。这次的景点主要是顺着捷运路线 (click to check out Taipei Metro app *I never tried it before* ) 。

DAY 1:

桃園國際機場 – 忠孝復興2館 – 太平洋SOGO 百货 – 芳庭陂得餐坊 – 台北捷运东区地下街 – 24H誠品書店敦南店 – 东区粉圆

到达机场后我们乘搭長榮巴士到忠孝復興捷運站，在下車點的萊爾富便利商店前等民宿泰勒瓦小屋的负责人， Ken 前来接我们。第一夜居住忠孝復興2館。由于我们之前订的忠孝復興1館因为临时水管破裂等问题，我们只好第一天留宿忠孝復興2館，其他天到师大館去。Ken 很有善，一切安排得很妥当。嗯，台湾人都很好。只不过，他们都觉得我长得不像华人。（认了吧，连马来人都以为我是马来人。 = =“ ）

忠孝復兴站

我们先到忠孝復興站买悠遊卡。捷运，巴士甚至便利店都能像touch n go那样付钱。任何捷运站都有卖，可在自动贩卖机或柜台买或加值，很方便，便利店也能加值呢。100NTD的押金，将毫无损伤的悠遊卡还回即可退还。

我们到附近的百货闲逛SOGO。这里有两间SOGO。这一带很热闹，阿宗麵線也在这里开了家分店哦。晚餐决定到芳庭陂得餐坊去解决。都说了，台湾人都很好。所以到处问路很快就能找到了。芳庭陂得餐坊是以Peter Rabbit为主题的餐厅。

台湾的餐厅多数有每人最低消费的要求，所以每位客人都需要点餐。他们的生意超好的，餐厅都爆满。我们三人点了两个套餐一块蛋糕。套餐有不同价位的，我也忘了我们点多少钱的。我们点的套餐包括一份沙拉，一碗浓汤，主食，和一杯茶（或一份雪糕？忘）。

優格水果生菜沙拉

我超级喜欢的沙拉。可以说是吃过众多沙拉中最爽吃的一个。毫不吝啬的大块新鲜水果和生菜，大大盘的，随着个人喜好洒上那个脆脆香香的（不懂什么来的), 配上不酸不甜的優格淋醬，我超级爱这个淋醬！！整体吃來清爽开胃加上水果生菜本身新鲜酥脆口感，赞！！一人吃的话会很饱因为真的很大盘， share share 吃吧~ 推~

嗯，这碗浓汤印象中味道普通。

我们选了黑黑的墨鱼汁面。好吃好吃~ 好多海鲜哦~

看似简单，吃起来有惊喜到。

好浓好湿的巧克力蛋糕配上香脆的坚果：）好吃~

Perth 6 - Mandurah

We went to Mandurah by taking a train from Perth city. The Perth train station location is between Wellington Street and Northbridge. The train station has 5 main lines which are Armadale, Fremantle, Joondalup, Mandurah, Midland Line. Check out Transperth. Again there is a free bus service in Mandurah which will stop at most of the famous attractions in Mandurah.

Perth 4 - The Perth City

The Perth City is a small city. you can either take their free CAT bus or walk around the city.

They have really punctual bus service~ and time table is provided in most of the bus stops.

The state library is beside the museum. you can get 10 min free internet access in the library.

Perth 3 - Fremantle

before we are going more into animals in wildlife park, let's have a view in a beautiful port city - Fremantle. It was a rainy day , we took a train from Perth City to Fremantle. The free CAT took us touring around Fremantle and dropped us at the famous Fremantle Market. FYI, it is a public market in a historic Hall that only opens during Fridays and weekends.

A visit to Fremantle won't be complete without having the famous Fish n Chips :) We were too hungry in the rainy day, so we just took our Fish n Chips meal in a random restaurant at Fremantle Market. Yea.. perhaps the Fishing Boat Harbour has better Fish n Chips. Cicerello's is the one. The wind and rain is again an obstacle for us to take the famous Fish n Chips at the harbour.

It tastes best with salt and pepper and not to forget the lemon juice.

Perth 2 - Perth Zoo

From Barrack Square Jetty, we took a ferry to Perth Zoo.Their admission fee is kinda pricey which had cost us $21 per person. and it was a waste of money, as it started to rain halfway. We did not manage to see the whole zoo. The rain seemed to be non stoppable and strong wind blew. Can you imagine how cold is a rainy day during the end of Autumn? The worst thing is that none of us brought an umbrella that day. We ran in the rain back to the entrance and got ourselves a raincoat from the souvenir shop.

if you bought a DayRider(Weekdays) / FamilyRider(Weekends) ticket at $9, it is usable for buses, trains and ferries in the city within a day. DayRider is applicable for a person while FamilyRider is available for two adults n two children (if I'm not mistaken). Else you will need to buy a separate ticket for each public transport you took. Calculate wisely to get the worthiest transportation costs for your travel.

Can you see the footprints of the kangaroo? Perth Zoo does not have as many kangaroos as the wildlife park. But this is where I first met a real kangaroo in my life. :)

Perth 1 - Barrack Square

so I have decided to blog about my Autumn Perth trip.. finally. Let's start with Barrack Square in Perth City. Barrack Square is an open public square located right beside the Swan River. Swan Bells or The Bell Tower is located at Barrack Square which I would say is one of Perth's most unique attractions. I was always amazed by the scenery and the bluish sky in Perth. My first visit to Barrack Square was guided by Jiali (thanks dear <3).

It is located at the southern end of barrack street. and here u can see The Bell Tower was just in front of us.

Jelly fish is everywhere in this tranquil river. Can you imagine how amazing is this scenery.

To reach here, other than walking, u can take blue CAT(the free city shuttle) and stop at station 18 - Barrack Square

嗯一年一度的农历新年要到噜~

这几天细雨绵绵不断终日不见太阳这种天气躲在家里烘焙年饼最适合不过了

慈姑

模特儿绝对是我妈

水花好美~

切片然后用小火慢炸

哒哒让人又爱又恨的炸慈姑片完成噜~ 说真的做这个真的又累又麻烦的

再来每年必备地凤梨酥又称黄梨饼我的最爱从小到大不变的美味~ 感动~

看去年的请按这里~好快又一年了

我和姐姐都喜欢奶粉比例较多的

妈妈很喜欢这个新的搅拌机~ 她说哥哥好眼光买得又平又靓~

用了好多黄梨果肉故意不切太碎炒成的果酱吃起来会有些脆脆爽口的果肉也~

成品~ 焦掉那几个绝对不是我烘的~ 啦啦啦~边做边吃~

还没到新年我的好妈妈已经开始煮好料了啦~ 还有肉干一大堆任吃~
啊妈啊~ 不要酱疼我把我养肥肥啦~ 哭泣~

新年前一家人一起办年货一起做年饼一起大扫除挂上红包灯笼

听听街道电视电台播放的新年歌邻居小孩放的烟花炮竹声

it was a genius's birthday, we had a celebration for him at TGI Friday's @ IOI mall.

dim light and noisy, hard to chit chat with the whole gang.. weird

it was my first time to eat instant rice ball.

as the frame grabber burned together with my motherboard.

after steamboat, we went to sweet bean for our desserts :)

sweet bean is located in the same row of shophouses with harbour steamboat.

our soup. the aroma and the taste of the soup is really nice~

i don't really remember the name of the soup. papaya fungus soup and jagung soup gua.
Their soup is served and boiled with lots of ingredients.

dried chili, fermented beancurd and homemade chilli sauce.

delicious homemade meatballs and dumpling~
